Ray White Whangārei Celebrated at Ray White NZ Kickstart Conference 2026

By Admin Whangarei

Ray White Whangārei, a leading real estate agency in Northland, has capped off a fantastic start to 2026 after attending the Ray White New Zealand Kickstart Conference in Auckland. Held on 20 February 2026 at the brand‑new New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), the event brought together Ray White members from across the country for a day of learning, development, and inspiration.

The annual Kickstart Conference provides forward‑looking insights, breakout sessions and keynote talks to help agents and support teams navigate the evolving real estate landscape. In 2026 it featured expert speakers, practical breakout workshops, and future‑focused discussions that set the tone for the year ahead.

Inspiring Keynote Speakers & Sessions

Ray White New Zealand leaders Dan White (Managing Director) and Daniel Coulson (Chief Executive) kicked off the day with reflections on growth, resilience and strategy. Conference participants were energised by keynote speaker Milo Wilkinson, an award‑winning behavioural scientist who shared insights into mental performance and adaptive change.

One of the standout elements of Kickstart 2026 was the breakout sessions tailored for both sales and property management professionals. The sales track featured sessions including one with Australian real estate leader Matt Steinwede, whose grounded and authentic approach resonated with attendees.

The Property Management breakout sessions included updates from Ray White Head of Property Management Zac Snelling, productivity insights from Joe Shannon of The Efficiency Co, and a session with Hon Chris Bishop, Minister of Housing, offering a direct industry‑government perspective.

The day concluded with former All Black Kieran Read sharing leadership lessons from elite sport, in conversation with former Black Fern and media personality Melodie Robinson.
