At Ray White Whangarei & Tutukaka, we believe our greatest strength lies in our people – the way we show up for each other, collaborate, and share in each other’s wins. That strength was on full display yesterday as we gathered at Ray White Tutukaka to pause and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together over the past year.

It has been a year of massive momentum for our offices. We’ve been thrilled to welcome several talented new members to our team, each bringing fresh energy to our Whangarei and Tutukaka families. Alongside this growth, we have launched state-of-the-art technology, including our Nurture Cloud AI platform, which has fundamentally changed how we connect with our community. These “Playbook” systems are designed to ensure our clients receive the most data-driven and proactive service in the region.

A Message from our Directors

“It’s one thing to have the best tools, but seeing our team actually lean on each other to get a result for a client – that’s what makes these awards special,” says Director Vanessa McKenzie. “Whether it’s the admin team keeping the wheels turning or the sales crew sharing data, we really do ‘bring the whole team’ to the table. I’m so proud of how everyone has stepped up to support one another.”
