What makes a business truly great? Its people – and we couldn’t be prouder of ours.

At Ray White Whangarei, we believe our greatest strength lies in our people – the way we show up for each other, collaborate, and share in each other’s wins. That strength was on full display as we took a moment to pause and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together.

On Friday 11 April, we closed the office doors a little early for an in-house celebration, followed by dinner at Aqua Restaurant and Bar at the Town Basin – taking time to reflect on the past 12 months, acknowledge our standout performers, and appreciate the incredible collective effort of our Whangarei and Tutukaka teams.

In the 2024/2025 financial year, we were proud to be part of more than 470 property sales and took 332 properties through the auction process (with 7% selling prior). Our rental management portfolio grew, and we welcomed even more fresh faces into the fold.

We also continued our community impact through the We Can Help With That initiative – now having supported over 136 unique local projects, and assisting more than 86,000 people in our region this year alone.

It’s also incredibly rewarding to see that 92% of our clients rated their experience with us 9 out of 10 or higher – a testament to the care, professionalism, and dedication our team brings to every interaction.
