The Role

As a Sales Agent you will be taught the art of real estate sales by one of our highly experienced Sales Professionals. You will receive mentorship and support throughout a structured and graduated entrance into your role.

Your day-to-day activities will initially include:

• Gathering market intelligence
• Database management
• Prospecting
• Conducting home appraisals
• Conducting listing presentations and listing properties for sale
• Conducting open homes
• General administration
• As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Salesperson. You may well become the Salesperson who mentors a new-starter!
