Ray White Whangārei Celebrates National Recognition at 2026 Awards

Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka has celebrated an outstanding year at the 2026 Ray White New Zealand National Awards in Auckland, with five national awards recognising the strength of our people, our overall performance, our auction results, our community contribution and the experience we deliver to our clients.

Among the highlights was being named No. 7 Office Overall in New Zealand, placing Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka among the country’s highest-performing Ray White offices.

The awards bring together Ray White offices and professionals from across New Zealand, recognising excellence across the network and highlighting the teams and individuals who continue to raise the standard of real estate service.

Five Awards Reflecting What We Do

Our achievements on the night included:

  • No. 7 Office Overall
  • Administrator / Personal Assistant of the Year – Janet Watters
  • Excellence in Auction – Office
  • Community Award – Office
  • Customer Experience – Office, also recognised as an International Clients’ Choice

Each award represents a different part of our business, but together they tell a bigger story about the people behind Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka and the way we work.

No. 7 Office Overall

Being named No. 7 Office Overall in New Zealand is a significant achievement and one that reflects the collective performance of our entire team.

It recognises the results achieved across our business and the consistency required to perform at a high level across a full year.

With our salespeople, property management team, administration, marketing and support teams all working together, this award belongs to every member of Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka.

Janet Watters: Administrator / Personal Assistant of the Year

A huge congratulations to Janet Watters, who was named Ray White New Zealand’s Administrator / Personal Assistant of the Year.

Janet plays a vital role in our team, supporting our salespeople and helping keep our two-office operation running smoothly. Her organisation, knowledge, reliability and willingness to help are a huge part of what makes our team work so well.

This national recognition is a wonderful acknowledgement of the contribution Janet makes every day, not only to the agents she supports, but to the wider team and our clients.

We couldn’t be prouder of her achievement.

Excellence in Auction

Our Excellence in Auction – Office award recognises one of the areas Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka has built a strong reputation for over many years.

Auction is more than what happens on auction day. It is a process that requires preparation, communication, strategy and teamwork, from the initial campaign through to the final bid.

This award recognises the collective effort that goes into delivering that process for our vendors and buyers, and the experience and expertise of our wider auction team.

Community Award

Our Community Award – Office is particularly special because community involvement has always been an important part of who we are.

Through our We Can Help With That initiative, fundraising, volunteering, event support and practical assistance, our team continues to find ways to contribute to the communities we live and work in.

From grassroots organisations and schools to charities, sporting groups and community initiatives, we believe that having a presence in our community means more than simply doing business here.

This award recognises the contribution of our whole team and the many people and organisations we have had the privilege of supporting.

Customer Experience – Office

For us, this is one of the most meaningful measures of success because it comes back to the people at the centre of everything we do – our clients.

Buying or selling property is a significant decision, and we know that great results are only part of the experience. Communication, care, knowledge and having the right people around our clients throughout the process all matter.

To be recognised for customer experience at a national level, alongside being named an International Clients’ Choice, is a reflection of the work our entire team puts into looking after people.

A Team Effort

While five awards were presented to Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka, the recognition extends far beyond the names on the certificates.

It is the result of a large team working together across sales, auctions, administration, marketing, property management and support – each person contributing to the experience we provide our clients.

Director Vanessa McKenzie says the awards are a reflection of the team’s shared commitment to doing things well. “We are incredibly proud of our team and the recognition they received this year. Each of these awards represents something that is important to us – having great people around us, delivering a strong auction experience, giving back to our community and, above all, looking after our clients.”

Co-Director Rod Parkinson adds: “Awards are a great opportunity to stop and recognise what the team has achieved, but the real measure of success is the work that happens every day. We’re proud of the consistency, teamwork and commitment that sits behind these results.”

Thank You

We would like to congratulate Janet and every member of the Ray White Whangārei & Tutukaka team who contributed to this year’s achievements.

And, most importantly, thank you to our clients and our wider Whangārei and Tutukaka communities who  continue to place their trust in us.

We don’t take that trust for granted.

Five national awards are something worth celebrating – and we are very proud to bring them home to Northland.
