Warrick Harkness

An accomplished and award winning agent, Warrick Harkness has over ten years experience in the real estate industry, and is a stand-out performer in both residential and lifestyle sales in our region.  With his positivity and solution-focused approach Warrick has gained a reputation as one of the most committed, experienced and customer-focused real estate agents in the industry.

After working in the telecommunications industry, Warrick spent time working and traveling abroad, including Japan and the United States of America, before returning to New Zealand. He then upskilled in management and went on to establish his own tour company before moving into real estate.  With an entrepreneurial spirit, this former real estate rookie of the year quickly went on to become a leading salesperson in the area, building a strong brand synonymous with success and service excellence. His experience, success and credibility saw him offered a national management role with a global risk-reduction business which led to the establishment and management of a Whangarei based operations center and later the management of offshore operations, teams and relationships.  Prioritising family life, Warrick moved to a sales role with CB Norwood Distributors in 2014 in, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become their Regional Manager before returning to real estate in 2021.

Together with his wife, Victoria, and their two daughters, Warrick has called Whangarei home for over 28 years and has established a deep understanding and appreciation of the area.  His market knowledge is second to none and an invaluable asset to his clients.  Warrick places high value in people, and over this time he has progressively built an outstanding database, grown an impressive number of loyal clients and gained great friends - knowing that integrity, empathy and respect are vital not only in real estate but in life.
