Daniel Foote has established himself as one of Whangarei's leading real estate salespeople for nearly a decade. Since 2019 he has been the highest-performing salesperson by total number of sales across the Whangarei Heads Peninsula and Parua Bay market. He has been named Ray White Whangarei Salesperson of the Year multiple times, including 2020, 2022-2024 and 2025/26, and holds the record for the highest annual value of property sold by an individual salesperson in the 26-year history of Ray White Whangarei.

His performance has also been recognised nationally by Ray White New Zealand, with Elite Performer status placing him among the upper tier of salespeople within the Ray White network.

A trained photographer with extensive architectural and property experience, Daniel has developed a distinctive photographic style sought after throughout Northland, particularly suited to coastal, lifestyle and premium residential property.

He personally photographs and curates the imagery for his listings and remains hands-on throughout the creative process, from planning around light, weather, tide and orientation through to aerial imagery, image selection and final campaign presentation. His marketing has twice received Trade Me Property quarterly marketing awards within the past two years. That combination of sales experience and creative marketing is one of Daniel's defining points of difference. Achieving a strong result takes careful positioning, exceptional presentation, broad exposure, strong buyer engagement and disciplined negotiation throughout the campaign.

Since joining Ray White Whangarei he has been involved in hundreds of property transactions across coastal homes, waterfront property, lifestyle holdings, bare land and premium residential sales.

Prior to Ray White, Daniel consulted to an international Fortune 500 company on business development, customer service, emerging technologies and digital marketing. Alongside that career he built a Northland reputation for commissioned architectural, marine and property photography and film, work that ultimately led him into real estate.
