Ray White Whangarei Wins Top International Clients’ Choice Award

By Admin Whangarei

Ray White’s commitment to customer satisfaction was again in the industry spotlight, as the Ray White Whangarei team received the No.1 (Office) Customer Satisfaction Award at the annual Ray White International Awards, 2023.

Customer loyalty is deeply embedded in the culture of Ray White.  This is the second consecutive year Whangarei have taken out the award – a clear example of their office and members’ drive for excellence within the group and the industry acknowledged by Ray White Director, Dan White.

The award is based on Ray White’s Customer Satisfaction Program which measures vendor and purchaser satisfaction with their agent, and agency. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) forms the basis of the program. It is an internationally recognised customer loyalty metric developed by Harvard and used globally by hundreds of thousands of companies, both large and small across many industries, measuring customer feedback and loyalty. The simple system asks clients: “How likely are you to recommend “agent name” to a friend or colleague?” and is sent to both vendors and purchasers following a sale and purchase.

The formulation of NPS scores is based on customer feedback and ranges from negative 100 to positive 100. Ray White Whangarei’s NPS ranking currently sits at positive 93, one of the highest scores in the group – with 94% of all respondents deemed ‘promotors’ (ie. rating the office either a 9 or a 10 out out 10). They also have one of the highest response rates in the Ray White Group.

“As a team, we are passionate about providing superior customer experience to every client. Having a customer satisfaction program in place ensures that every person presents an opportunity for improvement and growth. We want to make sure that Ray White Whangarei is providing an unrivalled service at every step of the process.” said Vanessa McKenzie, Director of Ray White Whangarei.

‘Recognition for our commitment to customer satisfaction is an honour – it is without question the most important part of the service we provide. To have this recognition at an international level solidifies in our minds that we are doing the right thing” she adds.

“As a company we are proud of our values that align us as a team, an office, a group and as a community. It is these strengths that continue to get our customers and our clients, more, and it is of that that we are most proud.

“This recognition motivates us to continue raising the bar, to innovate, and to explore new avenues for enhancing the real estate experience for our clients.

“To have our team’s service ranked so highly, and by our own customers, has to be one of the best accolades we could receive.  At the end of the day, our agents are dedicated to delivering the very best service to their customers. That’s our biggest success.” adds Rod Parkinson.

“We are excited about the future of real estate, and we are proud to be a part of the Ray White family. We will continue to develop and grow, and strive to be the best we can be every day – for our members and customers.  But for now we congratulate all the winners and finalists at this years awards, and say “thank you” to all our customers for choosing to work with us.”
