By Admin Whangarei

Ray White Whangarei’s unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction has once again been recognised on the international stage, as the team proudly received the 2024 International Clients’ Choice Award at the Ray White International Awards.

This prestigious award underscores the deep commitment to excellence that is embedded in the culture of Ray White Whangarei. “To be recognised at this level reaffirms that our focus on customer satisfaction is resonating with those who matter most – our clients,” said Director Vanessa McKenzie. “We are passionate about delivering a superior customer experience, and this award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.”

The International Clients’ Choice Award is based on Ray White’s Customer Satisfaction Program, which utilises the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to gauge vendor and purchaser satisfaction. This internationally recognised metric, developed by Harvard, is used globally across various industries to measure customer loyalty. Ray White Whangarei’s NPS score is an impressive 92, with 94% of respondents rating the office a 9 or 10 out of 10 – making Whangarei one of the highest-ranked offices in the Ray White Group.

“As a company, we are immensely proud of our values and the strong culture that aligns us as a team, an office, and a community,” added McKenzie. “This recognition motivates us to continue raising the bar and exploring new ways to enhance the real estate experience for our clients.”

Co-Director Rod Parkinson echoed this sentiment: “To have our service ranked so highly by our own customers is one of the best accolades we could receive. It drives us to keep delivering the very best for our clients, every day.”

As Ray White Whangarei continues to set new benchmarks in the real estate industry, the team remain focused on their mission to provide unparalleled service to their clients. “We are excited about the future of real estate and are proud to be part of the Ray White family,” said Parkinson. “Our journey is all about continuous improvement, and this award is a great motivator to keep striving for excellence.”
