Ray White Whangarei Wins RateMyAgent’s 2022 Northland Agency of the Year Award

By Admin Whangarei

RateMyAgent – New Zealand’s number one reviews website – has today announced Ray White Whangarei as the winner of its 2022 Northland Real Estate Agency of the Year Award.

The seventh annual awards ceremony was held last night to celebrate Australia’s and New Zealand’s top real estate agents and mortgage brokers.

The highly anticipated RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards are the only of their kind in the industry and based on customer satisfaction. They acknowledge those who have been the most consistently recommended by local New Zealand home sellers and landlords.

To win means to have secured the highest satisfaction rating across the country – celebrating and recognising real estate agents and agencies that provide truly excellent client service to home buyers, sellers and landlords.

“Last year our Australian and New Zealand agents and mortgage brokers were faced with a period like no other. Agents and brokers in our industry had to go above and beyond for homeowners, from hosting virtual auctions and consultations to looking at new ways to sell homes and engage buyers. The 2021 Agent of The Year Awards gave the industry the opportunity to celebrate all their success,” said RateMyAgent co-founder and executive director Mark Armstrong.

“We congratulate and celebrate all of the 2022 winners and nominees, and look forward to another exciting year across our industry,” continued Armstrong.

Ray White Whangarei & Tutukaka took home 21 awards including: Agency of the Year (Northland); Top 100 Agency of the Year (New Zealand); Agency of the Year (Kamo, Kensington, Maungatapere, Maunu, Onerahi, Parahaki, Parua Bay, Raumaunga, Tamaterau, Tikipunga, Whau Valley, Woodhill, Ngunguru, Tutukaka) – with these individual agents also recognised:  Thomas Reil, Agent of the Year (Kamo), Top 5 Agent of the Year (Northland), Top 100 Agent of the Year (New Zealand); Minda Ross, Agent of the Year (Maunu); Peter Vink, Agent of the Year (Tutukaka & Ngunguru).

“Customer loyalty is deeply embedded in the culture of Ray White, and as a team, we are passionate about providing superior customer experience to every client. There are a lot of ranking systems and recognition programs that award you for your sales and other performance metrics, but very few measure performance from a customer perspective – and that is what makes this recognition so special.

‘Recognition for our commitment to customer satisfaction is an honour – it is without question the most important part of the service we provide.” Vanessa McKenzie, Director of Ray White Whangarei said

“We work for our customers – without compromise! .  To be named Northland’s Agency of the Year, and to also come in at Number 9 nationally, is a true honour. At the end of the day, our agents are dedicated to delivering the very best service to their customers. That’s our biggest success.” adds John Monteith, fellow Director.
