Ray White Whangarei Celebrates Unprecedented Success at 2025 Annual Awards
Ray White Whangarei has achieved an exceptional milestone at the 2025 Ray White New Zealand Annual Awards, held at Spark Arena in Auckland on 12 September. The event, attended by over 1,300 members from across the Ray White network, recognised the top offices and individual achievers in the industry.
A Year of Unmatched Excellence
In the 2024/2025 financial year, Ray White Whangarei set new benchmarks in real estate performance and client satisfaction. The team facilitated over 616 property sales and conducted 417 auctions. Their rental management portfolio expanded, and the team welcomed new talent, further strengthening their position in the market.

A Culture of Service
Director Vanessa McKenzie expressed pride in the team’s achievements, stating, “We are honoured to be recognised once again, especially for awards that highlight both performance and client engagement. Our team’s commitment to the auction process, marketing innovation, and delivering outstanding service remains at the heart of our success.”
The office’s dedication to community service was equally impressive. Through the “We Can Help With That” initiative, Ray White Whangarei distributed over $25,000 in grants across four funding rounds, supporting more than 22 local initiatives and an estimated 112,599 people from schools, charities, and community groups. An additional $8,466 raised for Ronald McDonald House Charities provided crucial accommodation and support for families in need.
Beyond financial support, the team collectively contributed over 350 volunteer hours to community events, fundraisers, and hands-on projects, participating as organisers, fundraisers, board members, graphic designers, and community advocates. The office also offered promotional support through digital campaigns, newsletters, and local marketing channels, alongside practical guidance and advice to grassroots organisations, exemplifying a flexible, people-focused approach to community involvement.
