1. This giveaway runs from the 1 August 2024 until 1 December 2024.
2. This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents only with a registered property located within the Whangarei District, Northland, New Zealand.
3. A ‘Property’ under these terms and conditions is defined as a single property or subdivision lots of a property address in the Whangarei area or surrounds.
4. The property owner needs to request the appraisal with Lynne Meldrum to be eligible for the draw.
5. The giveaway is not open to employees, directors or salespeople of Ray White Whangarei and Ray White Tutukaka and their subsidiaries, their immediate family members or companies associated with this company.
6. There is one $500 Prezzy Card prize.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
8. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected prizes.
9. The winners take the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Lynne Meldrum, Ray White Whangarei and Ray White Tutukaka (Goode Leith Realty Ltd)  in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss that may occur in connection with the prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
10. Lynne Meldrum reserves the right to verify the validity of the appraisal request. Properties and requests deemed to not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at Lynne Meldrum’s absolute discretion.
11. Lynne Meldrum, and Ray White Whangarei, accept no responsibility for any appraisal requested which has not followed these terms and conditions whether due to error, omission, transmission interruption, communications failure, or any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this giveaway program is not capable of running as planned from any cause beyond the control of Lynne Meldrum and Ray White Whangarei, they may, at their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway program.
13. By entering the giveaway, you consent to being photographed, whereby your name, image and participation in prize experiences may or will be featured and various media for publicity purposes without restriction or payment expectations being placed on the promoter to do so.
