A record-breaking year for Ray White Whangarei

By Admin Whangarei

It has been an award-winning, and record-breaking year, for the team at Ray White Whangarei.

Riding on their successes at the International Ray White Awards a month earlier, where they received two awards for their commitment to customer satisfaction, the Whangarei team took home another seven awards at the Ray White New Zealand Annual Awards ceremony held in Auckland last week – recognising their outstanding sales, leadership, marketing, systems and client satisfaction.

More than 1300 people gathered for the ceremony held at Spark Arena in Auckland on Wednesday 31 August 2022 to celebrate and recognize the top offices and individual achievers throughout the leading Ray White network.

Already a Chairman’s Elite Business Leaders office, positioning them in the Top 3% of Ray White offices internationally and solidifying their place as leaders in the Ray White Group, the Whangarei team took home the following awards

  • Office of the Year #4
  • Customer Experience Award (Office)
  • Customer Experience Award (Kelly Sackfield)
  • Business Growth #1
  • Auction Office #2
  • Administration Team of the Year
  • Brand Champion Office

In an awards category dominated by Auckland and other city offices, Whangarei continue to outshine – positioning themselves in the top 10 New Zealand offices for over 8 years now since joining the Group in 2011. To then also feature as the #1 Growth Office in New Zealand for 2022 was truly remarkable.

“Some believe that success breeds success. At Ray White, we believe it has to be worked for, all day, every day. We never stray from our goal of wanting to be the best in the business, and the awards and accolades seem to flow naturally from following this philosophy. Without a doubt, our team’s belief, and understanding of the auction process has been pivotal in this growth, and come back to our primary focus of doing the best possible job for our vendors.” said Co-Director, Allan Sykes.

“To receive further awards recognising our agents’ outstanding levels of service and customer satisfaction is an honour.” added fellow Co-Director, John Monteith in referring to the Customer Satisfaction Awards for the Ray White Whangarei Office, and leading agent Kelly Sackfield.

Earlier this year Ray White Whangarei were also awarded the coveted title: Northland Real Estate Agency of the Year by RateMyAgent – who acknowledge agencies most consistently recommended by local New Zealand home sellers. RateMyAgent is New Zealand’s number one reviews website, and their awards are the only of their kind in the industry, based entirely on customer satisfaction. To win means to have secured the highest satisfaction rating across the country – celebrating and recognising real estate agents and agencies that provide truly excellent client service to home buyers, sellers and landlords.

“It is moments like these that remind us of the culture that connects us. As a company we are proud of our values that align us as a team, an office, a group and as a community. It is these strengths that continue to get our customers and our clients, more, and it is of that that we are most proud.” said Co-Director, Vanessa McKenzie.

“We are especially proud of our Elite Agent, Kelly Sackfield. Well respected in the industry, by both clients and colleagues, Kelly Sackfield is known for her professionalism, hardworking nature and unrelenting commitment to exceptional customer service. In a career now spanning over 15 years, she has built an award-winning, international, reputation in the real estate industry. It is quite simply led by her passion for people. Repeat business and referrals are testament to her service, skills, integrity and unwavering commitment to her clients long-term success – and remain one of the best endorsements of her work.” said Mr Monteith.

“We work for our customers – without compromise! We always thought we were on track with our customer focus, but to be recognised at a National and International level helps us solidify that we are doing the right thing, and are on the right path. ‘Thank you’ to all our clients who let us continue to do what we love and do best.” added Mr Monteith.

“As we reflect on the last 12 months as Directors of this Company, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank our customers, clients and partners for their ongoing support, and congratulate our sales, property management, administration and marketing teams for another great year. To our team: “Thank you”, your passion is evident, thank you for all that you do. You remain central to the services we provide and you continue to amaze us and make us proud!”
