Ray White’s commitment to customer satisfaction was again in the industry spotlight, as the Ray White Whangarei team accepted another two Customer Satisfaction Awards at the annual Ray White International Awards, Connect 2022.
Customer loyalty is deeply embedded in the culture of Ray White. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) forms the basis of Ray White’s Customer Satisfaction Program which this years’ Client Satisfaction awards were based on, and is an internationally recognised customer loyalty metric developed by Harvard. It is used globally by hundreds of thousands of companies, both large and small across many industries, measuring customer feedback and loyalty. It’s tried, it’s tested and it works.
Ray White have seen a remarkable increase in engagement by both their members and clients in their customer satisfaction program this year. The benchmark to achieve recognition in the international customer satisfaction awards continues to rise with Ray White Director, Dan White, acknowledging that the Client Satisfaction Awards were an example of the drive for excellence in the group.
The formulation of NPS scores is based on customer feedback and ranges from negative 100 to positive 100. Ray White Whangarei’s NPS ranking currently sits at positive 90, one of the highest scores in the group – with 90% of all respondents deemed ‘promotors’ (ie. rating the office either a 9 or a 10 out out 10). It is results like this which say the office awarded one of the Top 5 International Clients’ Choice Awards for the 2021/2022 financial year. Elite agent Kelly Sackfield from the Ray White Whangarei sales team also received an award for Top 5 Client’s Choice Award Winners at an agent level, with an NPS score of 95 for the financial year.
