Eligibility for 1 of 5 Prezzy Card Prize Giveaway

• To be eligible for the 5 x Prezzy Card prizes, you must request a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) / Appraisal from you within 10 August – 31 October 2024 inclusive.
• This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents only with a registered property located within the Whangarei District, Northland, New Zealand.
• A ‘Property’ under these terms and conditions is defined as a single property or subdivision lots of a property address in the Whangarei area or surrounds.
• The property owner needs to request the appraisal with a Ray White Whangarei or Tutukaka salesperson to be eligible for the draw.
• The giveaway is not open to employees, directors or salespeople of Ray White Whangarei and Ray White Tutukaka and their subsidiaries, their immediate family members or companies associated with this company.
• There are 5 x $500 Prezzy Card prizes.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
• No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected prizes.
• The winners take the prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies Ray White Whangarei and Ray White Tutukaka (Goode Leith Realty Ltd) in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss that may occur in connection with the prize.
• The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
• Ray White reserves the right to verify the validity of the appraisal request. Properties and requests deemed to not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at Ray White’s absolute discretion.
• Ray White Whangarei accept no responsibility for any appraisal requested which has not followed these terms and conditions whether due to error, omission, transmission interruption, communications failure, or any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism.
• If for any reason any aspect of this giveaway program is not capable of running as planned from any cause beyond the control of Ray White they may, at their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway program.
• By entering the giveaway, you consent to being photographed, whereby your name, image and participation in prize experiences may or will be featured in various media for publicity purposes without restriction or payment expectations being placed on the promoter to do so.
• By requesting an appraisal for your property with Ray White, within the above time frame, and to be eligible to win, you accept these terms and conditions.
