- This campaign runs from the 1 January 2024 until 2 December 2024.
- The campaign draw is open to New Zealand residents only with a registered property located within the Whangarei District, Northland, New Zealand.
- A ‘property’ under these terms and conditions is defined as a residential or lifestyle property with an address in the Whangarei area or surrounds.
- The listing of the property must be made exclusively with Joy Cullen & Lisa Coradine under the standard 90 day term and be listed without any service fee discount/s.
- The client will be eligible for the $10,000 draw when the property sale becomes unconditional. (The unconditional date must be before 2 December 2024.)
- This campaign is not open to employees, directors or salespeople of Ray White Whangarei and Ray White Tutukaka and their subsidiaries, their immediate family members.
- The prize will be drawn at Joy and Lisa’s Pre-Christmas Event which all eligible clients will be invited to attend.
- The recipient must be present at the Pre-Christmas Event prize draw to be eligible for the $10,000 prize.
- In the event that the client’s name is drawn and they are not in attendance, a redraw will take place until the name drawn is that of one of the Pre-Christmas Event attendees at which point we will identify the winner.
- The $10,000 is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for other products.
- Joy Cullen & Lisa Coradine reserve the right to verify the validity of the listing. Listings deemed to not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at Joy & Lisa’s absolute discretion.
- The property must be listed for sale exclusively with Joy Cullen & Lisa Coradine within the above time frames to be eligible to enter the draw for the $10,000 cash prize.
