- The referral offer is open to New Zealand residents only with a registered property located within the Whangarei District, Northland, New Zealand.
- A ‘property’ under these terms and conditions is defined as a residential or lifestyle property with an address in the Whangarei area or surrounds.
- The listing of the property must be made exclusively with Joy Cullen under the standard 90 day term.
- The referrer must mention this ad to Joy at the time of referral to be eligible for this offer.
- The referrer will be eligible for the $500 when the property sale becomes unconditional.
- This referral program is not open to employees, directors or salespeople of Ray White Whangarei and Ray White Tutukaka and their subsidiaries, their immediate family members.
- The $500 is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for other products.
- Joy Cullen reserve the right to verify the validity of the listing. Listings deemed to not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at Joy’s absolute discretion.
