Nikki Peers

Nikki joined the Ray White family in May 2022 as personal assistant to licensee Joy Cullen. Nikki’s role is to support Joy with administrative tasks along with getting out and about on-site, staging homes and meeting vendors and purchasers.

In July 2023 Nikki obtained her salesperson license, gaining the professional knowledge and skills needed in the industry to further support Joy by overseeing all listing, auction, and open home processes.  

Nikki’s role changed slightly in September 2023 when licensee Lisa Coradine joined up with Joy Cullen to create a dynamic sales team.  She now focuses on coordinating with the value team and overseeing all administrative processes for both Joy and Lisa.

Nikki gained her administrative skills and experience prior to working at Ray White when she owned and operated her own Home-Based Childcare business for five years. Nikki has two sons and from their early years, back in the 2000s, she became involved in Early Childhood Education, gaining her bachelor’s degree in teaching, Early Childhood Education, in 2006.   

When Nikki is not working in real estate, she spends most of her time in the Northland outdoors, you'll find her at her local coastal beach walking her two dogs, or out on the ocean either boat or kayak fishing with her husband.
