Lucinda Loxton

Lucinda brings over 30 years of administration experience to the team, the most recent as an administrator for both residential and commercial property management.  Her diverse background has afforded her great communication, organisation, and customer service skills. 

Deciding it was time for a new challenge, Lucinda stepped out from behind the scenes, joining our busy property management team, and now manages a large portfolio of rental properties for our landlords.  She is looking forward to completing her Level 4 in Property Management and dedicating her time to learning and growing at Ray White. 

Lucinda grew up in South Africa and moved to New Zealand in 2018 with her husband, two adult children, and their partners.  Another little one joined their family in 2022 and she is now the proudest nanna on earth.  When not working, Lucinda enjoys sightseeing, fishing, and having a good braai with her friends and family.
