Jen Olsen

Jen originally joined Ray White in June 2020 as part of our Value Team and quickly proved to be a great fit.  Her attention to detail and the experience she brought with her made her a valued asset to the Company.  Having a keen interest in commercial property, when the role came up in 2022, Jen joined the Ray White Commercial team as their personal assistant.  She enjoys the variety of work and the “awesome group of people” she works with!

Prior to joining the Ray White family Jen was assisting her husband Leon with his business, Conference Matters, delivering high quality, service focussed conferences in New Zealand and internationally.  She also manages a handful of commercial and residential properties, has a degree in science and a background in environmental planning.

Originally from South Africa, Jen sailed to New Zealand with her family when she was a teenager and has mostly lived here ever since.  She loves Whangarei, considering it a great place to raise a family, and enjoy a carefree life with its beautiful beaches, bush walks, temperate climate and clean air.

When not working, Jen startlights as a mother of three children and a menagerie of pets.  She enjoys hanging out with her kids, tramping, camping, sailing, skiing, and travelling.
