Investing in property should be exciting, stress-free and profitable when done well.  Landlords are just like small business owners – in the business of renting and managing their investment property, but many landlords struggle to find the time for some basic routine tasks like interviewing tenants and performing routine inspections – or they simply skip some crucial steps in the tenancy process: like performing thorough tenancy checks (which can end up costing them in the long run). Similarly, it can be hard to keep up with all the new legislation and ensure your paperwork is compliant… and gets where it needs to be. Our Pay As You Go service eliminates these hassles by providing access to professional services where and when you need them.

Pay As You Go Services:

  • Casual Letting Service (to market your property, find and secure you a tenant): $1,000
  • Ingoing Tenancy Inspection: $400
  • Routine inspections (4 per year): $800 per annum
  • Rental Management and arreas support: 3% of weekly rent
  • Consultation and other services: from $100 per hour
    (other services provided may include: Providing a rental appraisal for financial purposes; background and/or credit checks; drafting a Tenancy agreement; bond lodgment support, drafting a Breach Letter; completing an ingoing/outgoing property condition report; lodging a Tenancy Tribunal application; Tenancy Tribunal Hearing attendance and representation for example.)
