Ray White’s Leading Ladies of Real Estate, is an industry-wide initiative focused on building a community that supports and inspires women in the industry to chase their potential – both personally and professionally.

At Ray White we’re committed to making a lasting impact through our support of women in the industry. We firmly believe that when women succeed, we all succeed. By telling the stories of our incredible women, we hope to inspire future generations to follow their dreams and excel in the real estate industry.

Three years ago we launched our Leading Ladies of Real Estate community and over that time we’ve hosted thousands of women at our events across Australia and New Zealand, and heard from leading ladies across the industry on our Journeys webinars and at our events.

Our final event for the year was held on Tuesday 7 November at iHeart Lounge in Auckland, hosted by Larissa Tuhaka, Head of Marketing for Ray White New Zealand.

Keynote speaker, Ray White’s Chief Economist Nerida Conisbee, a leading property expert in Australasia, and the most quoted property market commentator over the past year, providing market analysis to various media outlets and influencing key stakeholders in the residential and commercial sectors spoke about objective and influential insights into the property market and economy in Australia, New Zealand and globally.

She was joined by an engaging panel discussion from other high-achievers within our network, including: Kelly Tatlow, Chief Executive, Ray White Concierge; Vanessa McKenzie, CEO Cup Winner and Business Owner, Ray White Whangarei; and Rachel Berry, International Award Winning and Chairman’s Elite Salesperson, Ray White Mt Eden.

For the guests it was an opportunity to network with peers and industry leaders, hear from high-achievers, share experiences, and and gain valuable insights for personal and professional development – drawing inspiration from the success stories of high-performers within our international network.
