The wealth of my Management skills and knowledge have been obtained through my employment with Michael Hill International, Kathmandu and Kmart NZ, of which in stores I played an significant role before the store opened in the store set up and the hiring of staff. I can work independently, however possess the skills to contribute positively to a team situation, while staying motivated and goal orientated.
Among my skills I am a skilled problem solver based on my experiences. I am also very tech savvy and over the years have developed great interpersonal skills with colleges and employers. I understand the importance of being one step ahead in every situation.
In my last position I managed a small rental department of 4 team members and over 300 properties. Working with people, problem solving and see my landlords prosper with the investment are my goals !
